In addition to his professional brilliance, he is an exceptionally<br> inspiring person. I am grateful for meeting him and for his colorful contribution to my life.<br><br> Intuitive Painting is a technique that brings balance and harmony into a person s life<br> through a self discovery.<br> In the Western World, the left lobe, which is responsible for functionality, thought, knowledge,<br> efficiency and logics  is much more developed than the right lobe, which supervises creativity,<br> productivity, childlike behavior, spontaneity, intuition, self expression and containment.<br> People who practice Intuitive Painting for a long time, have the two lobes collaborate actively<br> and harmoniously. <u>This process leads to a pure healing</u>.<br><br> In order to connect to this harmonious wave, we must gradually undergo a process of<br> metamorphosis creating an inner peace. This can be obtained through removal of barriers we have<br> built over the years, such as habits (conceptual fixation) that narrow our minds, self criticism,<br> impossible standards (perfectionism), and fear of failure and making mistakes.<br> Like in meditation, during the intuitive creation process, <u>our mind is empty of thoughts</u>.<br><br> On our weekly meetings, we sail to our adventurous journey, where we meet our inner child,<br> creativity in its fullest, while removing any self criticism and judgment. This method is based<br> on continuity: drawing after drawing, painting over painting, a creation we have never dared<br> to pursue i.e. creating changes right here, right now, generating a whole new reality.<br> The surprising instructions we get during our intimate encounters, encourage us to expand our<br> normal and familiar way of thinking to other places we have never visited before.<br> Among the participants in the workshops are Business men, General Managers, Teachers,<br> Artists, and many others who wish to develop their creativity by joyfully using colors<br> and paper.<br><br> The creation process influences any life aspect by generating solutions instead of confrontations,<br> productivity instead of helplessness, accepting different people in serenity and affective<br> communication. By growing your intuition, the Intuitive Painting enables you to reach essential<br> and crucial decisions from a spontaneous and sharp point of view.<br><br> The urges that normally are not being expressed in the civilized world, due to social and decorum<br> codes, such as laughing without a particular reason, anger, happiness bursts, feral dancing and<br> other emotions  find their way through an internal and group processing. This way, destructive<br> emotions like anger, envy, grudge, fear, anxiety and depression, will find an alternative<br> expression converting these emotions into positive creating energy instead of violent bursts<br> or emotional fixation leading to future conflicts, diseases and frustration.<br><br> <u>The creation process, using Intuitive Painting, enables us to meet ourselves and be<br> ourselves by fulfilling our entire potential as healthy, happy and constructive human beings.</u><br> </p> <p nowrap class="title_green">An Innovative Project:  Family-Time  Intuitive Painting- Parents and Children</p> <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL3uyriU4JA" class="link_purple" target="_blank">Click here to watch the Parents & Children video film (Hebrew)</a><br> <p nowrap class="text_green"> <b>The children within ourselves, our children<br><br> What is our challenge, as parents?<br> In the courses of intuitive painting?<br> What is the benefit?</b><br><br> Children are the starting point  Both the source and the repercussions on all the family<br> members. When the child is happy  the parents are happy. Everything at home functions properly.<br><br> On the other hand, when the parents are unhappy, feel fixation, dissatisfaction at work and lack<br> of interest in relationships  there are repercussions on the children. The parents are not always<br> aware of it, however this is a fact.<br><br> Our children draw the change for us. Through them we, the adults  change. All the ties<br> (grandfather, grandmother, mother and father) are included in the children. They are our,<br> the parents', reflection. At the same time we are the parents, children of& grandparents of& and<br> so on. Thus, treating and referring to the children as a separate element unrelated to the family<br> and the circumstances of life is an illusion. It might help temporarily, but will not touch the<br> absolute truth in the long run.<br><br> Recently there is a greater need for tools for the expression and release of the children's emotion.<br> Modern, rapid and competitive life has brought about a change of behavior, which is expressed,<br> among others, by violence, ADAH disorder (Attention-Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder) and even<br> severe diseases.<br><br> The challenge is to preserve the child's natural creativity and allow him to grow up and become<br> an adult who respects himself. A happy child is a healthy child. The children too will see in us<br> individuals who need time for themselves, something that has to be respected.<br><br> We meet once a week for Intuitive Painting gatherings for parents and children  one and a half<br> hours of intensive intriguing activity, which operates all the senses.<br> The children and the parents paint intuitively, free themselves, let the hand lead them without<br> any planning, criticism or thought. This enables the expression of feelings, metamorphosis and<br> the creations of a new (painting) reality. Also children who do not believe in themselves, or<br> feel that the environment does not appreciate their abilities  can express themselves freely.<br> We open a new leaf, together with our children, into a new world of creation, game and pleasure.<br> This, before they have formed within themselves too much fear, barriers and self criticism.<br> The gatherings enable a special experience of creation and change  both for the child and the<br> parent, together and each one separately.<br> The parents and the children gradually adapt a personal creative language, relying on the<br> sources of imagination, intuition and feelings.<br><br> The direction is playing. We are interested in playing, larking about, enjoying ourselves.<br> The act of creation is a pleasure. It connects to the divine and creative part from within.<br><br> This way we allow the child unlimited options and the space he requires. This is a freeing<br> experience. During the mutual creation with our children we, the parents  enjoy ourselves,<br> thus allowing our children the right space to enjoy themselves and develop at the same time.<br> The child learns to draw out from within himself what he feels. Fears and experiences that<br> have been held back are expressed on the painting sheets. There is no "pretty" or "not pretty"<br> painting. With us each child is unique and is an artist. We respect and appreciate each attempt<br> of his or hers in this important process. Raising emotions and the ability to express them<br> mean  self healing.<br><br> The child internalizes at a very young age the fact that he/she is able to carry out new and<br> unknown things. Thus, the child turns into a successful person, a person with a developed self<br> image, who is not afraid to try and dare. Furthermore, the child develops his/her concentration<br> ability, imagination and creativity.<br> The child makes contact with serenity, tolerance, love towards himself/herself and others.<br> His/her self-image and personal worthiness increases. Excessive criticism and judgment make<br> room for the sublime value of love and self-esteem, vision, imagination and creativity.<br><br> Intuitive Painting is a significant emotional experience for the child, which fills his<br> emotional world.
